Ever found yourself staring at a blank page, waiting for inspiration to strike? Or felt like you’ve lost track, caught up in the mundane, missing that spark of fun and creativity? Recently, we hosted a transformative workshop that tackled this exact challenge. Led by the talented Prabhuti Desai—an architect turned experience designer who brings movement, theatre, and space together to craft immersive experiences—this workshop was designed to help creative individuals rediscover their spark and shake off those stubborn inhibitions holding back their creativity.
Let’s walk through the experience!

The workshop kicked off with “Freeing Yourself”—an energizing session focused on saying "Yes," jumping in, and embracing our inner child. Imagine a space where you’re encouraged to set aside fears and judgments and just play! That’s exactly what happened. Through activities that pushed us to rediscover qualities already within us, this session felt like a refresh button for the mind, helping us break free from our usual patterns.
In the second part, "Awakening the Senses," Prabhuti encouraged us to look closely at the world around us and appreciate the often-overlooked details. Suddenly, the most ordinary objects and sounds in the room became creative prompts. This eye-opening session reminded us that creativity doesn’t have to be grand—it’s in the simplest things. By pausing to observe, even in life’s mundane moments, we could relax and discover unexpected inspiration.
The workshop’s finale was all about "Envisioning the Future," guiding us to see our potential in a new light. Each person had a chance to build their own creative narrative, a story that felt uniquely theirs. This exercise made our hidden visions feel tangible and achievable, not just distant dreams. It was a powerful way to reconnect with our creative selves, leaving us with a renewed sense of direction and purpose.
By the end, this workshop had evolved from a series of exercises into a transformative journey. Prabhuti created a safe, welcoming space where every participant could break through barriers and reignite their creative energy. We all walked away with fresh perspectives, new tools, and a readiness to dive back into creative work with a newfound passion!
